What You Need for Pickup

Valid Photo ID

ID card or passport for identification when picking up.

Pickup Code / Notification

The pickup or tracking number from the carrier's notification (app, SMS or email).

Authorization (for pickup on behalf of others)

A written authorization plus a copy of the authorized person's ID, if you are picking up a parcel for someone else.

Parcel drop-off and pickup are available during our regular opening hours. For questions about a specific shipment, please contact the respective carrier directly.
